Terms of return
Return of goods is carried out only in the store where the purchase of this product was made.
Return of goods without a cashier's check or a copy of the cashier's check is carried out only in the store where the purchase of this product was made. In this case, the Buyer must indicate the approximate date and time of purchase.
Exchange and return of goods of proper quality
You can exchange a product of proper quality for a similar product. The goods are exchanged within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, provided that the goods were not in use, preserved their appearance, consumer properties, seals, factory labels, and there is a receipt or cashier's check or other document confirming payment. cargo. The absence of a cashier's check or other document confirming payment does not deprive you of the opportunity to exchange the goods.
By agreement with you, the exchange of goods can be made upon receipt of similar goods for sale. If a similar product is not on sale on the day of application, you have the right to demand a refund of the amount paid for the specified product.
In case of refusal of the buyer from the goods of proper quality, the cost of delivery of the goods and sending it back (by mail) is not returned.
Products from the list of goods established by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 19, 1994 № 172 "On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine" On Consumer Protection "are not subject to exchange and return, the list of goods of proper quality not subject to exchange (return) is approved.
Exchange and return of goods of improper quality
If you have received a product of improper quality (which is defective and cannot ensure the performance of its functional qualities), you have the right to return or exchange the product. If you send us a defective item (by mail), we will reimburse your shipping costs.
We give customers the opportunity to check the product for defects within 14 days. If the marriage is discovered by you after 14 days, we reserve the right at our own expense to request an expert opinion that the marriage occurred before the transfer of the goods to the consumer or for reasons that arose after that moment. If as a result of the examination it is established that the defects of the goods arose due to circumstances for which the seller is not responsible, the Buyer will be obliged to reimburse the costs of the examination, as well as costs associated with storage and transportation of goods. The conclusion of the examination can be challenged in court.
Goods for which the warranty period is set can be returned during the warranty period.
To return the goods to the buyer it is necessary to fill in the application of the established sample.
Money back
The amount paid for the goods is returned in the same way as it was paid: in cash if the purchase was paid for in cash and by transfer to a current account if payment was made in non-cash way.
To return cash, you must present:
