23 years together <3, or how diabetes helps in business

Now I can say with confidence that July 97 began to make me who I am now. I, a six-year-old boy, was diagnosed with diabetes.

It was easy to make a tragedy out of it, but it wasn't. Was I upset then? No. Was it difficult to lie under the drips for days on end? Definitely not. I remember my mother crying and that's what really upset me then.

What has diabetes brought to my life?

1. At the age of 6, I began to live the life of an adult, with maximum responsibility for what I do.

2. Army discipline in everything: sleep, food, rest, sports.

3. Planning - since childhood I was taught to plan everything down to the smallest detail, to think through all possible negative scenarios.

4. The worst thing that could happen is self-pity, resentment for this injustice - but it didn't happen.

Diabetes has pumped up my traits, which help me a lot now, namely: regularity, self-discipline, the ability to go to the end, to work for results.

It is important to remember both in business and in life: you need to get the most out of any situation, even the most unpleasant one, there is a profit everywhere.

No need to feel sorry for yourself: life is unfair, and the concept of "confession" is very vague and ambiguous.

You need to be constantly in shape and not lower your hands, because today's bottom can become tomorrow's ceiling.

As banal as it may sound, but everything is in your hands, it will be difficult, but you need to fight for the result every day. Do not let yourself be broken by troubles, allow yourself to see the good and the positive where, it would seem, fate has brought trouble.
